  President Trump has declared Biden's pardons of Anthony Fauci, the J6 Committee, and others "null and void" because they were done by autopen without Biden's full mental presence.   In a 2012 paper published by Syracuse University Law School, "The President and the Autopen: It Is Unconstitutional for Someone or Something to Sign a Bill Outside of the President's Presence" wrote: "In sum, the President’s use of the autopen (or even a human being) to sign a bill outside of the President’s presence is unconstitutional."
