Deep State Goes Ballistic That Trump Pulling Troops From Zionist War in Syria

The Deep State, ruled by Israel's foreign policy agenda to overthrow Assad after overthrowing Saddam and Gaddafi, and eventually moving onto Iran, today showed rare unity which only occurs when Israel's foreign policy, using America's army, is threatened.

In 2015 former National Security Adviser John Bolton, one of the staunchest hawks for American troops in Syria in American foreign policy circles, wrote for the New York Times:

"The best alternative to the Islamic State in northeastern Syria and western Iraq is a new, independent Sunni state....This “Sunni-stan” has economic potential as an oil producer..."

In others words, Bolton and his fellow "Neocons" have as their goal a redrawing of the map of the Middle East, enforced by American arms.  It matters not that the plan requires American troops to be in the Middle East indefinitely, as the police force which prevents Assad from obliterating "Sunnistan," which means ISIS, or Turkey from obliterating the Kurds.  This is the fruit of removing the sometimes brutal, but stable, regime of Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq, where women drove and could become doctors.

The larger goal of redrawing the Middle East so that no country is strong enough to be a threat to Israel, but a collection of "Sunnistans," "Shiastans," "Kurdistans" and others, goes back to another set of American Neocons, and further.  In 1996 Douglas Feith, George W. Bush's under secretary of Defense for Policy, and David Wurmser, Middle East Adviser to Vice President Dick Cheney, wrote in a paper intended to influence then-Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu which advocated, five years before 9/11, "removing" Saddam from power.

In the paper known as A Clean Break, the soon-to-be Bush administration officials write:

"Israel can shape its strategic environment, in cooperation with Turkey and Jordan, by weakening, containing, and even rolling back Syria. This effort can focus on removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq—an important Israeli strategic objective in its own right—as a means of foiling Syria’s regional ambitions."

Interestingly, former Commander of NATO Forces in Europe, General Wes Clark, is well-known to have almost given a play for what we see in the Middle East today, in 2007.

Clark said that he spoke to a former colleague and defense department staffer at the Pentagon who told him, before the invasion of Iraq:

"And he said, "I just got this down from upstairs" -- meaning the Secretary of Defense's office -- "today." And he said, "This is a memo that describes how we're going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.""

Wes Clark 'regime change' across Middle East

General Michael Flynn said in 2015 that the Obama administration made a "willful decision" to assist in the rise of ISIS, in order to help overthrow Assad.

With Trump's announcement of the pullback in Syria, plans to overthrow Assad come to a screeching halt.  American troops are pulled out of harm's way, and American dollars, hundreds of billions, if not eventually trillions, can be put to use at home.

Trump's  move is intriguing, perhaps a signal to Deep State to pull back on impeachment talk, because he is still president and he can still take away things they want, too.  Or perhaps, just perhaps, he is really putting America first after all.

The White House announced on Sunday that it would effectively allow Turkey to invade northern Syria by withdrawing U.S. troops from the region. The decision startled some members of Congress, including Republicans, who warned such a move could precipitate a genocide of the Kurds and lead to the return of the self-described Islamic State (also known as ISIS) in the region. 

“I urge the President to exercise American leadership to keep together our multinational coalition to defeat ISIS and prevent significant conflict between our NATO ally Turkey and our local Syrian counterterrorism partners,” McConnell said in a statement.
Trump defended his decision, which he made against the recommendations of the Pentagon and State Department. 

“The U.S. has done far more than anyone could have ever expected, including the capture of 100% of the ISIS Caliphate,” the president falsely claimed in a Monday tweet. “It is time now for others in the region, some of great wealth, to protect their own territory.” 

Trump also tweeted that he would “totally destroy and obliterate” Turkey’s economy if the country took any action he considers “off limits” in the wake of the U.S.’s withdrawal. 

In a bipartisan statement, Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) and Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) on Monday requested Trump send a representative to appear before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to defend the move. 

“The Administration must come before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and explain to the American people how betraying an ally and ceding influence to terrorists and adversaries is not disastrous for our national security interests,” the senators said.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), a frequent cheerleader of the president, called the decision “shortsighted” and “irresponsible” in a phone interview with “Fox & Friends” on Monday. 

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) in a statement called Trump’s decision “reckless” and “misguided.”
